Refund Policy

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 0 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Conditions of Return

Refunds are not provided for subscription payments once the billing cycle has begun. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but previous months of service and Hub access are non-refundable. Setup fees are 100% non-refundable once the technical kickoff or strategic build has commenced. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Termination of a subscription stops future billing but does not entitle the user to a refund for past months where service was rendered and the Success Hub was accessible. How to Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Billing Portal (accessible via your Success Hub profile) or by sending a direct request to hello@towerlampweb.com. To avoid charges for the following month, please submit your cancellation at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

Return Process

To return an item, email us at hello@towerlampweb.com with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

Refunds

After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7-10 days days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.
